If you receive your product and immediately notice a fault or damage, please email us immediately within 7 days of you receiving the product/s. We will replace the product/s at no charge to you. Note: We advise that you take photographic evidence of any visible damage. This will always help speed the process along.
Change of Mind
If you do change your mind, simply email us within 7 days of your order being received to organise the return. The cost of the return will be yours and a refund will only be issued once the product/s have been inspected. Products must be in a re-sellable condition for a full refund to be granted. This means original packaging needs to be intact and the product in new condition.
